Close your account

Delete the workspace in one step. A hashed-IP audit record is kept for admin. Subscriber lists are not.

Open Account. Under Close account, type your email to confirm. You may add a short reason.

That deletes feeds, lists, subscribers, widgets, templates, broadcasts, tickets, billing mappings, and sessions. It cannot be undone.

If you pay for a plan, cancel in Billing first so charges stop.

We keep a closure record for admin audit: your email, the date, a hashed IP (the address is truncated, then hashed — raw IPs are never stored), and a summary (counts, feed URLs, plan). Subscriber emails are not kept in that record.

The last remaining admin account on the platform cannot close itself.
