Refunds

Paid SendRSS plans can be refunded within 14 days of the first paid charge, if you have not used the plan in a way that cannot be undone (for example, large broadcasts already sent).

After 14 days, monthly charges are not refunded. Yearly charges may be refunded at our discretion for unused time if you write to us within 14 days of the annual renewal.

To request a refund, sign in, open Billing, or email support from the account that paid. Refunds are processed by our merchant of record. Chargebacks should be a last resort; contact us first.

Free plans have no charge, so there is nothing to refund.
