SendRSS
Terms
Last updated 28 August 2026.
These terms are the contract between you and SendRSS for use of sendrss.com and the related widget, email, and workspace. Privacy is in the privacy policy. Roles and data-subject rights are in GDPR. Refunds are in the refund policy.
By creating an account, embedding the widget, or sending mail through SendRSS, you agree to these terms. If you use SendRSS for an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind it.
The service
SendRSS is a privacy-first RSS-to-email and lead-capture product. It is not a CRM, ad network, data broker, or purchased-list host. Features follow the plan you are on. We may change free or paid features with notice on the site or in the workspace.
Mail we send on your behalf has no ads inserted by SendRSS and no open-tracking pixels from SendRSS.
Accounts
You must provide an accurate email and keep credentials under your control. You are responsible for activity on the account. We may refuse, suspend, or close accounts that threaten readers, inboxes, or the platform.
The last remaining admin account on the platform cannot close itself.
Acceptable use
You may only mail people who asked to hear from your own properties and who confirmed (double opt-in). Status stays pending until they use the confirm link. You must not:
- Upload, scrape, buy, rent, or share-in a list
- Bypass confirm, fake consent, or tick a box for someone else
- Spam, phish, or send unlawful, deceptive, or infringing content
- Use SendRSS to sell, broker, or enrich lists for others
- Probe, disrupt, or overload the service except through documented use
We may suspend sending or the account if bounce or complaint rates, or other abuse, threaten deliverability for everyone else. High-volume broadcasts may wait for review.
Your lists and content
You own your feed, your copy, and your subscriber list. You grant SendRSS a limited licence to process that material solely to provide the service (capture, confirm, compose, send, unsubscribe, erase, export at your request).
You warrant that:
- You have a lawful basis to collect and mail each address
- Your widget and subscribe pages do not mislead
- Content you send is content you have the right to send
- You will honour unsubscribe and erasure
SendRSS is not the publisher of your letters. We are not the controller of your list.
Exported lists and files
You may download a CSV of subscribers and a JSON export of the account. That copy is part of the list you already control. SendRSS does not sell the data, and we do not operate the file after it has left the product.
The publisher looks after exported files the same way they look after the list in SendRSS: keep them only as long as needed, and do not use them to buy, sell, or mail addresses that did not confirm. Claims that arise from a copy outside SendRSS, or from how the list is used, are the publisher’s to handle, except where SendRSS sold data (which we do not) or misused data still on our systems.
There is no bulk import. New subscribers join through your widget or subscribe link, then confirm.
Mail, reputation, and readers
You are responsible for what you send and for complaints it generates. We may delay, refuse, or require changes to a broadcast. Unsubscribe and data-deletion links stay in the mail we send.
Readers’ relationships are with you. SendRSS provides the rails.
Plans and billing
Paid plans are billed by our merchant of record. Cancellations, invoices, and taxes live in that portal. Refunds follow the refund policy. Chargebacks should be a last resort; contact us first.
Unused capacity does not roll over unless we say so in writing. Downgrades keep extra feeds or widgets you already created, but you cannot add more until you are under the new limit or you upgrade.
Processor terms
When we process subscriber data for you, we do so as your processor, on your instructions given through the product (including export, purge, and close account). Details: GDPR. You remain responsible for your own privacy notice to readers.
Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is.” We do not warrant uninterrupted delivery, inbox placement, or that a particular provider will accept your mail. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness, and non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, SendRSS is not liable for:
- A file after it has been exported from the product
- Unlawful collection or mailing by the publisher
- A reader’s dispute with the publisher
- Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages
- Inbox filtering, third-party outages, or force majeure
Our total liability for claims arising out of the service in any twelve months is limited to the fees you paid to the merchant of record for SendRSS in that period (or, if you are on the free plan, zero). Some places do not allow these limits; there they apply only as far as permitted. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited (for example, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud).
Indemnity
You will indemnify SendRSS and its operators against claims, damages, and reasonable legal costs arising from your content, your list, a widget placed without permission, a breach of these terms, or use of data after it has left SendRSS (including export or systems you control).
Suspension and closure
We may suspend or terminate for breach, abuse, or legal risk. You may close the account from settings; that purges operational data as described in privacy. Surviving clauses: ownership of your content (as between you and us), exported-file responsibility, indemnity, limitation of liability, and this survival sentence.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top is the current version. Continued use after a change is acceptance. If you do not agree, stop using the service and close the account.
