Invoices, portal, and refunds
Open the billing portal for invoices and cancellation. Refunds are handled by the merchant of record.
Open Billing. The portal is where you update the card, download invoices, or cancel.
Refunds follow the refund policy. Write from the account that paid. Chargebacks should be a last resort.
Closing the SendRSS account does not by itself cancel a paid license. Cancel in the portal first.
