From the broadcast, send when the copy is ready. Only confirmed subscribers on that list are mailed. Pending and unsubscribed addresses are skipped.

Your plan includes a monthly quota. Large sends may sit in Pending approval until staff review them. That protects inboxes across the platform.

There is no “smart send time.” You choose when it goes.
