How SendRSS helps you collect leads with a widget
8/21/2026
A lead is an email someone meant to give you. It is not a scrape, a co-registration, or a pre-ticked box.
SendRSS collects that address on your site with a small widget, then waits. Status stays pending until the reader confirms from their inbox. Only then are they on the list you will actually mail.
The form stays on your page
Paste a tiny script (or an iframe if a theme strips scripts). Layouts are inline, modal, or a floating bar. Ten looks on every plan, including Quiet, Table, Trail, and Signal for personal, kitchen, travel, and tech pages. Pro and Business add forms that change the structure — stacked, split, poster, masthead, dock, well, and ribbon — not only the palette. You can still change colors, type, corners, and copy. Blank headings are omitted, not shown empty.
The widget is capture, not surveillance. It does not load a tracker farm, and the mail that follows has no ads and no open pixels. Free widgets include a small credit; paid plans can remove it.
Confirm is the product
The popup that says “you are subscribed” is a lie if the inbox never agreed. Pending means pending. That protects the reader, and it protects your sending reputation when the first RSS letter goes out.
They can leave later: unsubscribe keeps the row but stops mail; erase removes the address and related events for that list.
What you do with the list
Confirmed addresses are yours to export as CSV. A full account export covers GDPR. Purge is one click. The widget is how people join; RSS email and broadcasts are how you speak to them afterward — back to the post, or with one honest note.
