What is SendRSS?

RSS-to-email and lead capture for publishers. A widget, a confirm link, and mail that sends readers back to the post.

Appearance and cookies

Light or dark is an essential cookie. Optional extras on marketing pages stay off until you allow them.

Double opt-in

Every subscriber starts pending. Nothing is mailed until they use the confirm link.

Confirm your subscription

After you join from a widget, open the confirm link in your inbox. Until then you are not on the list for mail.

Unsubscribe from a list

Every email includes an unsubscribe link. That stops mail. Your address can stay on the list as unsubscribed.

Delete your reader data

Use Delete my data from the email. That removes your address, hashed IP, and events for that list.

What readers receive

A letter when the publisher posts, or an occasional broadcast. Always a way to leave.

No ads and no tracking (readers)

SendRSS does not put ads in the inbox or profile you with pixels. We store what we need to send mail.

What we store

Accounts, feed URLs, subscriber emails, hashed IPs, and delivery events. We do not sell data.

Hashed IPs

We truncate the address, then hash it. Admin audit logs after account closure use the same method.

Contact support

Publishers open a ticket in the workspace. Everyone can use the public contact form.
